This is a very good lens and on vacations is my most used lens. These "professional reviewers" that review it are nothing more than pixel peepers. There are a large number of true pros that lean on this lens often. The Nikon 14-24 is certainly a very good lens, but I doubt that Canon has any plans in the near future to match it. The Nikon 14-24 is certainly a very good lens, but I doubt that Canon has any plans in the near future to match it.

It's evident that the new Canon 16-35 II is considered "not so good as expected" by professional reviewers, So Canon tried to offer it discounted in various countries, but sales remained almost the same. . I think this new lens would be presented in autumn 2010.
